Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer business requirements and translate them into suitable system solutions.
• Configure and implement Lark solutions based on customer requirements. 
• Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace implementation and configuration. 
• Design and configure workflows, forms, approvals, and business processes. 
• Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
• Provide functional application support and troubleshoot customer issues. 
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for customers. 
• Support pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution preparation, demonstrations, and proposal preparation. 
• Prepare basic project documentation, user guides, and training materials. 
• Conduct user training and assist customers with system adoption. 
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure project activities are completed according to the agreed timeline. 
• Maintain and continuously improve knowledge of Lark, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and related digital workplace solutions.
